The short term missions have always been the focal ministry of SoccerPlus NZ providing opportunities to share Christ in a foreign land while working with local churches and ministries and equipping keen football players with works of service.
The missions trips carry with them a three fold purpose
1. To take every opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ
2. To work to bless the hosting churches and ministries in order that they see fruit from the time spent with the team
3. To create a missions experience that will serve to equip and exhort members of the team to ongoing personal growth and ministry.

All that holds us back from fulfilling these mission opportunities is finding a team of players prepared to make the commitment.
